Will Rubbing Alcohol Remove Flex Seal?

Rubbing alcohol has many uses, but removing Flex Seal is NOT one of them. If you need to remove Flex Seal from a surface, you have a few options depending on the type of surface.

For metal: Use a damp rag and acetone.

For wood, fabric, or carpets: Use mineral spirits.

For the body of a vehicle: Use a small amount of toluene.

Regardless of the surface, be sure to use caution and test a small area first. We hope this info helped. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team here.
