Materials

● 1 Flex Seal spray can, almond

● 1 Flex Glue 4oz tube, clear

● 1 Large wide faux pumpkin (bottom)

● 1 small faux pumpkin (top)

● Wooden dowel

● Faux eucalyptus

● Faux leaves

● Wire cutters

● Floral foam disc

● Tarp

Note: Before using Flex Seal products, read all directions and take proper safety precautions, such as being in a well-ventilated area and wearing protective gear while applying.

Steps

1. Remove Pumpkin Stems

Carefully remove the stems of each faux pumpkin and set them to the side. Take special care cutting the top pumpkins stem off.

2. Add Wooden Dowel

Place a wooden dowel through the top of each of the pumpkin where the stem was removed. Make sure the dowel is placed snuggly and deeply enough, without going through the other side, like a lollipop.

3. Spray the Pumpkins With Flex Seal

In a well-ventilated area, lay down a tarp to protect the area you’re working on. Take your can of Flex Seal almond, and holding the pumpkin by its dowel, begin to spray the pumpkin using even sweeping motions.

Be sure to hold the Flex Seal 8-12 inches away while rotating the pumpkin so you get a nice even coat. Once completely covered, set to dry. Allow 24-48 hours for Flex Seal to fully cure. Once dry, feel free to add an additional coat if needed.

4. Create the Pumpkin Stack

Place the foam round through the dowel and then apply a generous amount of Flex Glue to the top of the foam. Slide the small pumpkin on to the dowel carefully and be sure to apply firm pressure for about 30 seconds for Flex Glue's instant grab to take hold.

5. Add Foliage Accents With Flex Glue

Cut the faux eucalyptus and leaves down to size, leaving about a 2’’ stem. Apply Flex Glue Clear to the bottom of the stems, by dipping the stems into the opening of the tube. Then stick the stem into the floral foam. Place the eucalyptus first, covering the whole disc. Once you have the eucalyptus base, add the fall leaves for a flextastic pop of color.

6. Glue the Stem Back on to the Top of the Pumpkin

Apply Flex Glue to the pumpkin to adhere the stem back on. Make sure the area is clean and free of debris before gluing. Using the remaining leaves and eucalyptus, create a small bouquet and glue it next to the stem. Make sure to apply firm pressure for at least 30 seconds when gluing the bouquet into place.

And there you have it. This sleek decorative DIY pumpkin stack is ready for all your fall-festivities!
