● Flex Seal, almond
● 1 Large Wide Faux Pumpkin (Bottom)
● 1 Small Faux Pumpkin (Top)
● Wooden Dowel
● Faux Eucalyptus
● Faux Leaves
● Wire Cutters
● Floral Foam Disc
● Tarp
Carefully remove the stems of each faux pumpkin and set them to the side. Take special care cutting the top pumpkins stem off.
Place a wooden dowel through the top of each of the pumpkin where the stem was removed. Make sure the dowel is placed snuggly and deeply enough, without going through the other side, like a lollipop.
Once the pumpkins are dry, remove the dowels. Take a dowel and poke a hole through the middle of the floral foam disc. Next, use Flex Glue Clear around the top of the pumpkin to secure the disc and the dowel you will place back into the hole you removed it from, so you can build the pumpkin stack. Flex Gluing the hole will help reinforce the dowel and keep your pumpkins sturdy.
Note: Before using Flex Seal, please read all directions carefully
In a well-ventilated area, lay down a tarp to protect the area you’re working on. Take your Flex Seal almond, and holding the pumpkin by its dowel, begin to spray the pumpkin using even sweeping motions. Be sure to hold the Flex Seal 8-12 inches away while rotating the pumpkin so you get a nice even coat. Once completely covered, set to dry. You can repeat the process until you’re happy with finish.
Slide the small pumpkin on to the dowel carefully. Be sure to apply firm pressure for 10-30 seconds for a stronger grab and hold.
Using the remaining leaves and eucalyptus, create a small bouquet and glue it next to the stem. Make sure to apply firm pressure for at least 30 seconds when gluing the bouquet into place.
Cut the faux eucalyptus and leaves down to size, leaving about a 2’’ stem. Apply Flex Glue Clear to the bottom of the stems, by dipping the stems into the opening of the tube. Then stick the stem into the floral foam. Place the eucalyptus first, covering the whole disc. Once you have your eucalyptus base, add the fall leaves for a Flextastic pop of color.
