Why is my Flex Seal still sticky?

Flex Seal usually becomes dry to the touch within 2-3 hours and fully cured within 24-48 hours. If your Flex Seal still feels sticky or tacky after application, it may not be fully cured. Please note that dry times can vary due to temperature, humidity, and thickness of the coat. When applying Flex Seal, we recommend spraying the product 8-12 inches from the surface, using an even sweeping motion. If you’ll be adding multiple coats of Flex Seal, make sure the previous coat is completely dry before adding the next. For more tips on how to apply Flex Seal spray, click here.
