What paint will stick to Flex Seal Liquid?
If you’re going to apply Flex Seal Liquid to walls or other surfaces, you may be thinking about painting over it afterward. So, what paint will stick to Flex Seal Liquid? Unfortunately, we do not recommend painting over Flex Seal Liquid as paints will not adhere to it. However, there is a bit of a workaround. You can paint the surface with your desired color before you apply Flex Seal Liquid. Just follow these steps:
- Use a high-quality oil-based paint.
- Make sure the painted surface is completely dry.
- Apply Flex Seal Liquid Clear on top to seal and protect the surface.
Now, your surface is the color of your choice and sealed with Flex Seal Liquid's powerful waterproof protection. That sounds like a win-win!
